D600 with flashing caps lock while on

Question

Hey guys, hopefully you can help me with this one. I have a D600 that is acting a little weird and searching I cannot find anything for it. The laptop powers up and runs beautifully but the num lock, cap lock and scroll lock lights blink. Sometimes they stay on and sometims they flash but it doesn't seem to be in any pattern. I can't figure it out and it is killing me because the laptop otherwise works great! Anyone ever experience this?

The LEDs should not flash -- they should be on or off, depending on whether you've activated the corresponding function.  If the system is working OK, you should be all set.
