D610 Alps touchpad Tap/Drag problems

I am having a problem with the touchpad on this notebook. What I want is to turn off the tap to drag feature and still have the tap to click.

 

What I get is either the tap to click and the tap to drag are off or I get both of them. I can't get one and not the other even though they are seperate choices in the drivers.

 

Using the latest drivers from the downloads at dell  v.5.4.102.12, A09

 

Is there older or newer drivers that I can use that work?
