D620 Laptop has black screen through POST section.
When booting my D620, I get a black screen through the boot-up and can not access the BIOS. It then brings up the OS just fine. Any ideas on what would cause this?

The site you provided requires a username and password, but it won't accept mine (from this forum), and there's no way to create a new account. Any advice on how to proceed?

Hi jsecho03,
Please update the BIOS in the system using the link below.

Please connect the Ac Adapter while updating the BIOS and do not use the system until it restarts after the update. Once the BIOS is updated it should be working.
Let us know about the progress.
