I had received the laptop on 5th July'2011 with tampered LCD back cover and complained to Dell on the same day and sent an e-mail with the photo of defected area on the same day. After that, Dell took 30 days(6th August'2011) to send the new LD back cover and engineer came to my place to change the the same and replaced the Back cover but unable to turn on the laptop and complained again to Dell to send the Motherboard & SD Cable to fix the issue. There after, the required parts sent me by dell and engineer came to my place to fix the issue on 10th August'2011 but, this tome also engineer said that there is a problem with Laptop Power button and he is unable to turn on my laptop and ordered a New Power cable which is attached inside in the power button of the laptop. Again Dell sent me the required parts and the same engineer came to my place to fix the issue. Unfortunately, he said that he is unable to turn on the laptop and unable to find out the actual issue is happening and spoke with the customer care and Customer Care Executive advised me to take the laptop to the Dell Sevice center,Bangalore, Koramangala Inner Ring Road. Then, I submitted my laptop on yesterday(11/08/2011) and the Service Engineer told me that they are also unable to sort out the actual problem that why the display is not coming in the LCD Screen. Now, it is very hard to understand for me that how long the service center will take time to fix the issue. I am asking Dell to replace my Laptop with the same configuration I ordered to Dell. I would request to Forum to give me the proper suggestion or help.
