D/Bay connector
I have an Advanced Port Replicator. The replicator has a D/Bay connector. Does anyone know what that port is used for? What can I actually plug into it or is it basically a wasted port?

Hi,
You can use half of it as USB, or all to run a CD or 2nd HDD. It is the same port as single spindle machines use for external drives.

Can you post a link to something that would use the D/Bay connector? What does the adapter look like that would plug into there?

Hi,
I dont have any links, but have a look at the user guide for a D400. The cable will plug into " D " series media bay drives. [ not battery ] Floppy, CD, HDD DVD and writers.
