Dell 1330 & MAC OS Leopard
As the name suggests... did anyone try this? I found this online: http://maketecheasier.com/how-to-dual-boot-ubuntu-gutsy-and-mac-osx-leopard-1051/2008/02/28
and so i m thinking bout trying it... mind you i dont have my laptop yet just thinking ahead.... if anyone has dual booted or even just successfully installed mac os let me know and some detailed guidelines will help.
Thanks in advance

Bear in mind that the only way Apple sells the OS is as an upgrade to an existing MacOS - so even if you were somehow to get this working, it's not inconceivable that Apple could release an update that would break the installation - just as they did with the people who'd hacked the iPhone to work on a non-AT&T network in the US. What you'd be doing after all, is a clear violation of the license agreement.
In other words, it's certainly not something you want to rely on having work in the long term.

Tried dual boot of Vista & Ubuntu......Vista & Mac OS Leopard ver 10xx......
But my philosophy is 1 OS on 1 machine.......or I use VMware.........Vista, XP, Mac one each on 3 of my machines.

I installed Leopard on my 1420. The installation was very smooth. The laptop boots and works farters than vista. BlueTooth was recognized almost instantly.
What problems I found on my inspiron 1420..?
The Wireless NIC, Ethernet Port and Audio are not working because I need drivers..!!!
Once I obtain the drivers I need, hasta la vista baby..
Here is the list of the drives I looking for:
Intel 4965AGN -Wireless
Sigmatel 9228 - Audio
If anybody has any info about the drivers, please let know..
