Dell Dictionary
Whenever I contact to Dell support I feel there's some new word existed in Dell land. To help normal people understand, I'll translate some Dellish words.
1. Very soon : in 1 or 2 weeks
2. Expediting the case : I'll write a note. who cares.
3. I understand your concern and I will personally attend to the issue. I assure you that I will do my best to provide you quality service. : Hi
4. We are facing high volumes today. I apologize that you had to wait for some time in the queue. Let me go ahead and help you with the issue right away : Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V
5. I'll arrange a contact soon : I don't know but someone might call you.
6. Since I am not receiving any response from you within the last 1 minute, I will be ending this session. : Yes! No response.
7. You called the wrong department : Wait another 40 minutes on the line.

Hi i totaly agree ,it seems as support have a diffrent agenda to not support if the case is tricky , you will just get passed on too the next person who will always asks if they can call you back , just to put you off asking for that well trained service tech to call out and still not fix the problem .
