I am looking for the correct adapter to convert the headset jack on the Dell E6430 into separate headphone/mic jacks.

 

So far I have found this:

Which states it is for non-Apple/HTC products.

 

I have also found this:

Which is for Apple/HTC products.

 

I haven't found any conclusive information about which to use. Does anyone have any ideas?
