Dell Financial Services

Is anyone having problem contacting dell financial services I have spoken to five diffrent customer representatives in five diffrent countries one in the Philipines and one in Canada and none have been able to help me they all say that its taken care of but it isn't. I have given my information to people all over this world and was not even aware of it it wasnt until after the fourth call when I coulnd not contact the person I had spoken to even though I had called the same number that I had call before and I had the person name and badge number since the representative told me he was in the Philipines and there was no supervisor with that name or badge number in that location that I realize of what was going on, this is scary in this time of Identity theft and all that's going on our information is floating all over the world and we at least I was not aware of it. When I asked the representative in Canada for number that I could call state side she told me that she was not aware of any number I could call state side and she didnt think there was one, I just thought that this something that people should now so you know exactly what you are doing when you give out your information you will probl be given it to someoune who is not even in this country. I have been given the run around since august and now I know why this matter has not been taken care of nobody know what the other person is doing since they are not even in the same location forget location they are not even in the same country.
