Dell Gold Tech Support
Dell Gold Tech Support Rocks from my own experiece.
Don't feel I'm from another planet while almost everyone here complains about Dell's support. I think what you need is just a right service.
I got my I-8600 with the gold tech support. I talked with them several times. The average waiting time is less than a minute (from I start dialing). Considering nowadays all companies moved their support to India, it feels good to have some one actually here in America trying to solve your problem.
The best part is the person on the line really knows what they are talking about. You won't get answers like "It might be blabla...". The problem usually solved by one phone call.
I got 3 yr onsite service and gold tech support with $79 extra. My persnal opinion is it worth the money.
