my DELL inspiron MINI is taking to much to time start , it takes around 20-25 min.s to start & after that it also work so slow ...!!

F12 at powerup -boot to the Dell diagnostics and run an extended (NOT just quick) hard drive test.

It could be loaded with malware. Or the hard drive is dying or absolutely full.
If its a MINI9 then the SSD may be near end of life.
