You can't upgrade the resolution on a 720p screen with a settings change.  You'd either need to replace the display panel with a higher-resolution unit or use an external monitor.

Correct - you would need to replace the display panel and the wiring harness (the wiring for your 720p screen won't work with a 1080p replacement screen).

You mean I need to get a screen with 1080p that could possibly maintain 1920x1080? Not all LED screens can maintain 1920x1080?

You installed a 720p screen (1366X768), so that's the max you can get.

If you want the original resolution screen, you'll need to have the replacement, replaced a second time.

Where can I find a replacement screen specificly for my model that can obtain 1080p?

My laptop is Dell Inspiron 15R SE 7520. I had in my orignal screen 1920x1080 however I broke my screen accidentally and I didnt have warranty for the laptop. Although, I was able to replace the screen in a nearby computer store, but the current screen resolution shows 1366x786 which is unusual.

Does this mean that this LCD screen I'm using cant handle 1920x1080 or there are specific screens that handle 1920x1080.

My Graphic card is AMD Redeon 7730, Intel 4000

Looks like the correct screen.  Also verify with the shop that changed the screen initially that they didn't replace the LVDS cable (the cable that runs between the mainboard and screen).  The cable for a low-res screen is generally different than the one for a high-res panel and if they changed the cable, you will need a new one as well as the screen, or you'll get only a partial image on the higher-resolution panel.

I clearly don't understand what you are saying however do u mean the cable connected from the mother board to the led screen, if so, I don't think they can change since they have the screen with the cable socket only, while my laptop have the cable.
