Dell laptop fan is not working. error code 2000-0511 validation 1202

i got a laptop Dell inspiron N4050 13 months before. and it is very good in use. 7 months after its purchasing the laptop give some unusual sounds and in a weak i diagnose that fan was not working. i try to search solution on google but nothing  i found. so i claim the warranty. and dell service center in my location give me the good response and correct my problem.i take proper care use the laptop on table or any woody surface rarely on lap.

but yesterday i feel that laptop fan stops working. because it was fine yesterday morning and in night suddenly it stops working.

i Run the hardware test by using the F12 menu on dell logo screen and check for error codes i found this on when testing reaches the fan processor.

error code: 2000-0511

validation: 1202

fan is not responding well.

please help me. my warranty is over and now i cannot claim the warranty. i am ready to pay money. but i need proper guidance.

please note that ever since i got the laptop windows 7 was installed on it.

but in last month i install windows 8.did it happen by using windows 8?
