If you replaced the hard drive with another known good drive (IE one you pulled out of another system and worked in another system), you probably have a failed HDD controller :) If you replaced it with a HDD of an unknown variety you may just have a bad HDD.
Welcome to the Community.Error code 1000-0141 means the drive is not getting detected.Try reseating the HDD and check.If it still does not get detected,as this is the known good or the replacement HDD,it could be an issue with the connector on the motherboard.In that case only option is to get the motherboard replaced.
