Dell Latitude E5550 Replacement Screen
I have a Dell Latitude E5550. Screen was damaged and needs replaced. The current screen I have is 1366x768.
There is a 1920 x 1080 replacement screen available. Can I order this screen (same size as the 1366x768) and achieve the 1920x1080 resolution?

No my beliefs is that you might need to replace the lcd cable if you desire to get the 1920x1080 resolution
you will need cable 5VX1Y if im correct, LINK
if not get the right screen which you could get the part number behind it
