Dell N4110 BSOD
Hello Everyone,
I am having problems with my Dell N4110 lately
Whenever i run my Virtual Machine or want to watch a video on Facebook or YouTube the laptop will freeze and go into BSOD state Saying that it is trying to reset the display driver and the error code is 0x0...116.
No Events found!

Hi jagveen,
I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Hello,
I have already done the analyzing and there was some results but when i try to troubleshoot it the BSOD came out with the same error code 116. should i analyze again?

Hi jagveen,
0x00000116 indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed. In other words, it is a problem usually related to a change or corruption of the computer’s video driver. A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error.
I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the video card driver from Dell website. Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the video card.
After the uninstall finishes restart the system. Then reinstall the video card driver on the system for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link above, select the OS, then download the video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.
