Hi Albert_456,
Sorry about the situation. Please run a hardware diagnostics on the system to check for hardware issues. Dell Diagnostics can be launched one of three ways:
Please reply with your findings.

Boot into Safe Mode (F8) and uninstall your Nvidia graphics drivers.

The stop error you are getting is either faulty driver or faulty graphics chip. It could also be faulty RAM.
What version of Windows are you running (32bit / 64bit)
To eliminate RAM re-seat the modules and carry out extended memory test (Boot to F12 > Diagnostics)
Give the vents a good clean. If the laptop is a couple of years old or more then clean the fan / heatsink.
Update to latest BIOS

You've already run a hardware diagnostic which came back as ok, so let's focus on drivers.
Boot back into Safe Mode (F8) and run the laptop for an extended time period. Do you still get the BSOD?
Installing the same (latest) nvidia driver will just yield the same results. Find another (earlier) version of the driver off Dell's site - there's about 4 of them - and install each one and check operation. Don't allow Windows Update to update the driver.
Try disabling "Hardware Acceleration"
Choose Start > Control Panel.
Double-click Display.
Click the Settings tab.
Click Advanced.
Click the Troubleshoot tab.
Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to None.
Click Apply and then click OK to accept the new setting and close the dialog box
Click OK to close the Display Properties dialog box.
Restart Windows.
Some reports on the internet suggest a problem with certain older Nvidia GPU's and Intel chipsets.

Visit Nvidia site and enter your GPU Specs. There are a multitude of drivers on that site dependent on your OS.
