Dell studio 1555 upgrade
Hello guys
currently i have Dell Studio 1555 with Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T6400
(2M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)
but is not support Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x)
i would like to upgrade it to any CPU support that feature
one more thing i can upgrade to this Processor Intel® Core™2 Extreme Processor QX9300
(12M Cache, 2.53 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) it

That CPU won't work - none of the Extreme CPUs will. You need to stick to a CPU that draws 35W or less - adding a 45W CPU to your system will cause it to overheat rapidly.
