Dell studio 1558 Err code : 0152 & 0334
Hi,
Recently my dell studio 1558, got shut down automatically, when i booted up, It looked like that in safe mode, with big-big icons and got an error message saying " Please install ATI Graphics card driver",
I tried installing new driver software from Dell site as well as from AMD website, but both were unsuccessful, installation halted with error message " Graphics hardware not found"
I tried to downgrade BIOS as my laptop's current version is A12, but that too was unsuccessful, got an error saying " You already have a newer version and it can't be downgraded"
I ran Boot time,Diagnostics test and Display test got following Beep patterns/Error codes
Err code : 0152
Err code: 0334
Please help me troubleshoot, is it Graphics card problem or cable problem or Motherboard problem.?

If those errors were preceded by a reference to the hard drive, that is the faulty part to replace first.

Hi,
Thanks alot for the quick reply
I meant to say that it boots up in normal mode only but display looks like that of in Safe mode, like a low resolution one.
I'm unable to send private message, Service TAG is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>, its out of warranty
my no: <ADMIN NOTE: Phone number removed per privacy policy>
