Dell Support Center

Question

This is what I got. The small print states that " This version of Dell Support Center is not licensed to run on this system. My laptop is a Inspiron # 1545 64 bit with Windows Home Premium. I have used Dell Support before and never had any problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Just F.Y.I. my skill level on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest I am about a 1.5. So any and all help would be appreciated.

Unistall the version you have.

Reboot.

Then download the latest version and install.

Jim,   If Speedsteps information does not work, follow the instructions located at...   Uninstall Dell Support Center   The drivers to download and reinstall are there.     Rick
