Dell wireless Bluetooth 350
I have got a inspirer 9300, and have had it for a couple of years now. However, when I did my last complete system restore, my laptop suddenly will not find the Bluetooth module. All previous times it has been able to, but this time it wont find it. I have downloaded all the latest drivers, and tried a few fixes from the forums, however they all seem not to work. It also does not appear in my device manager. And the light on the (numlock, capslock, scrolllock, wifi and Bluetooth) does not appear to come on, even when fn + f2 is pressed.

Did you reinstall Dell's quickset software from the support site for your laptop?
Some of the fancier buttons arent recognized unless its installed.

Perhaps you need to download and install the Bluetooth stack software. There is additional software to controll the bluetooth module, Windows wont do it for you. This would not explain the loss of your other keys though.

If you flashed the bios on that machine prior to the rebuild, the power to the bluetooth module might be shut off in the new bios. Youll have to enter the bios settings and poke around until you find something labeled "Enable Bluetooth"

looked every in the bios, i have A05 but still cant find it, i havent flashed the bios or anything
I have managed to find out that the bios does not detect it, it says next to " bluetooth device" {none}
so i take it that it is not been picked up, i will have to see if there are any loose connections again.
