Dell XPS does not start, LED blinking
My Dell XPS laptop (year 2016) does not start, pushing the ON button does not do much: The LED is blinking slowly, will briefly turn on upon push, but then nothing happens, LED goes back to blinking. Front LED comes on one time when I plug in charger.
I had a strange blue screen yesterday saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We just collecting some error info...". A completion counter stood still at "0%" and did not change (see picture).
I manually restarted and the laptop worked fine yesterday. This morning it did not start.
Can anyone please help!? Thanks!

Many thanks for your answer! I had a long chat session with Dell yesterday. It was determined that I have to send in my laptop for repair, since nothing has worked (like pushing on/off button 15 sec then trying to start, or pushing ON while pushing FN, CapsLock LED not reacting, etc...).

Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows; Example: Dell XPS 9550, windows 10
If you don't know, please enter service tag number onto the link below. After, you should see the Dell model number and version of windows.
Drivers & Downloads
In the meantime, the error code (driver power state failure) in the image you have posted, usually means something may be wrong with a driver on the computer.
