Device Manager Error D800

Question

I just bought a D800 and in the device manager there it an error (Other Devices).  It says it is a base system device. Can anyone tell me what and where to download the drives for this device.  Thank you for your time.   Device type:    Other Devices Manufacturer:  Unknown Location:          PCI bus 2, device 1, function 3

Sounds like the same problem I had. It got to be smart card. Search Community Forum.

Simple load the system devices software drivers. Better known as the chipset drivers.

Notebook system software may also take care of it.  Like the previous poster said it could be a smartcard reader.  Only other thing i've seen it turn out to be is a user left it connected to the docking station during the reinstall of the OS.
