Digital reader in 3450 with Windows 8.

I've been searching the driver for the digital reader of my Vostro 3450 but can't find it for Windows 8.

But it's pointing to a driver which is not indicated for 3450 but other models.

Well, is there any available driver by Dell for the Vostro 3450 to put the digital reader to work?

I'm also having problems with my touchpad. I can't find anything related to touchpad and scrolling option.
