Digital TV Tuner

You may be able to help me even through I am in Australia. I want to be able to watch Digital TV through my Inspiron 9100. So what recommendations or advice does anyone have ?

Pretty sure it has firewire but I would assume that USB2 would be the most common for connecting an external Digital Tuner Card. Is this correct ?

Any help appreciated.

thx

EDIT : have found some USB2 devices on this web site in Australia http://www.auspcmarket.com.au BUT found these comments
"Will not work with Dells due to their proprietary parts & issues"

This is my 5th Dell machine ( 2nd laptop ) and if the above statement is true it will be my last. Any comments or help ?

Will,

I have also been searching for such a beast.

I have found a FlyTV Digital TV Tuner which includes High Def. It also features its own aerial for good reception areas which means you can be fully wireless.

The card is a PCMCIA version and costs about AU$220, however I have seen it on a site in the UK for 55 pound (works out to about 180 AU including postage!)

Hope this helps.
