Hi Nir,
Thanks for writing to us.
Please try the following steps and let us know if helped.
Open run command by pressing window + R
Type in msconfig.
Click on the Boot tab. If you do not have a Boot tab, skip to the next section.
On the Boot tab, check the "No GUI boot" option.
Click OK. The next time Windows starts, the Windows splash screen should not appear.

Hi,
Could you please clarify my question below.
Do you not wish to to see the
options on the bottom right side (f2 and f12 options??)
or the Dell logo
or both the DELL/f2, f12 options together.
we have options only to bypass the splash screen from the msconfig. If you do not wish to see either the options or the Dell logo i guess we have to use a third party software which we are not sure about.
Await your response.

Hello Nirt,
I am afraid we don't have any setting as such to remove just the Dell logo during start up, we can just totally bypass the splash screen (including the f2,f12 options).

Hello,
The bypass is by following the steps as suggested in my first reply . This is going to totally skip the splash screen.
