Download for DataSafe Local Backup basic?

Question

Where can I download updates for Dell DataSafe Local backup for Windows 7? Just recovered an Inspiron 1545 and had to do some hacking to make it boot and finish the restore. Now Dell DataSafe Local backup can't see the recovery partition to create a recovery disc set. I've read elsewhere that reinstalling DataSafe will fix that - but first I need the installer for DataSafe.

In the link below, change operating system(OS) to windows 7, expand Application, and then Dell Data Safe Local Patch/Upgrade. Keep in mind, Dell replace Data Safe with Dell Backup And Recovery.
