Drivers and BIOS - Studio 1555
I was doing some diagnostics and firmware/driver updates for 2 Studio 1555. Both have WD5000BEVT-75ZAT0 harddrives but on Dell online the firmware update is for one of several Seagate drives.
Am I missing something?
These have not been replaced.. factory drives.
Where do I get the latest drivers/bios for these?

WD drives don't need the Seagate firmware updates, nor do they need any drivers.
If it's the system BIOS you want to update, that's completely separate from any hard drive updates, and will apply regardless of which hard drive the system has in it.

Thanks. I had the system BIOS downloaded but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything prior to performing that.
