I just got a new inspiron laptop, and need to know how to set my yahoo pop and smtp settings.  I called dell support, and they wanted to charge me for software information!  I am almost ready to return this computer.  Great customer servic,e dell.

And right they should to charge you! And if you return the Dell, you'll encounter the same problem with any other computer manufacturer. Nobody helps with issues like this.
