E1505 Flashing LED Codes
I wish Dell would just post what these codes mean, so there wouldn't be so much speculation about them... :emotion-16:
I have a solid numlock, flashing CAPS lock, solid scroll lock. Power LED comes on, battery LED indicates charging, HD spins up, fan comes on, nothing on display. About 30 seconds later, system shuts down.
Any clues?

It was the CPU, and the CPU only. MB and video card were OK.
But, I suppose throwing a new MB and video card at most problems with a laptop will fix it, whether one or both are bad or not. In this case, it would have been a complete waste, as the CPU was the culprit.

MOBO and video card need to be replaced.

MB is a new tested replacement, will be able to swap out the video card with a known working one tomorrow...
