E1505/6400 doesn't turn off screen when closed anymore!

I have a fairly new E1505 i got refurbed about 2.5 weeks ago, and except a sound issue it had originally that was worked out due to a loose sound wire, I've had no other problems. I disable the stand-by when screen closed feature so it stays on, but after a second it used to turn off the screen when closed to about a 40 degree angle or less which is a very nice feature and most notebooks have. I just noticed today it doesn't do it anymore!

Can this be fixed? Something I'm not seeing in the BIOS? Anyone have this prob.?
