e4310 fingerprint reader "not available"

Was the driver update successful?

Is the device seen in device manager??

When you try to swipe the fingers in the software , does it recognizes ??

Sorry i have been caught up lately, the fingerprint reader driver update was successful and it is seen in device manger, but i do not have the software, it is not available, only for 64 bit, and i have a windows 7 32 bit device, please help.

by the way, it does not show in windows bio metric devices, and i am in the U.A.E.  a country in the middle east, Dubai. if this information helps in anyway. Thank you in advance, and thanks for trying to help me

can you please provide a valid link, because i searched and could not find it, it is available for the 64 and 86 bit, but not 32, and dell download is not working for me for some weird reason, cant remember. Please can you provide a direct valid link and i will try.

A: it is for 64 bit

B: i have it for 32 bit but it says it requires firmware upgrade which i did, and lastly ALL my drivers are up to date, except the control vault.

i have tried it is not working, there are no devices in the manager other than the fingerprint and smart card.

Would request to take the system to local Dell partner to check for hardware .

if i could i would have, the closest dell center is about 350 kilometers from where i am, i am now running windows 10, i think all i need is the software for 32 bit, please help me, and send for the 32 bit.
