E6420 upgradable
Hi,
My laptop's running i5-2520M CPU (Sandy, right?), 4GB memory, Windows 8.1 x64 Ultimate. I have some questions:
1. Can it upgrading to i5-3210M CPU (Ivy)?
2. Should you advice me that Windows 7 or 8/8.1 is better for my laptop hardware?
3. All devices driver are supported by OS (seem like that in Device Manager, but I don't know what devices don't work well). Should I need re-install with their drivers on Dell support site?
Sorry for my bad english. Thanks so much for your reply.

The i7-6420 was definitely shipped in that model - there are no doubt others but that's probably among the fastest.
You are limited to Sandy Bridge CPUs - the Ivy Bridge, Haswell, etc. CPUs won't work.

1. No.
2. It's up to your preference - either will run fine.
It's just about impossible to answer #3 based on what you've provided.

#1: So, which highest CPU it can upgrading to?
