Unplug the system, remove the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec. Restart and run the diagnostics again - if you see the same error, it means your hard drive has failed. You'll need a new, 2.5" 7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive and quite a bit of patience, as the hard drive in this model is mounted on the underside of the mainboard, which needs to be removed from the system to replace the drive.
