Unplug the system, remove the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec.  Restart and run the diagnostics again - if you see the same error, it means your hard drive has failed.  You'll need a new, 2.5" 7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive and quite a  bit of patience, as the hard drive in this model is mounted on the underside of the mainboard, which needs to be removed from the system to replace the drive.  See video instructions here:
