error boot selection failed

I just restored my N5030 Inspiron and it works until I restart then it crashes with a Status 0xc000000e and I can not get any further.  If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Hi madd8001,

If the diagnostics pass, boot the system to safe mode. Restart the system and tap F8 on Dell Logo for advance boot options. Select Safe Mode and hit enter.

If the system boots in Safe Mode perform clean boot to troubleshoot the issue.

Please refer to the link mentioned below for more information on clean Boot:

Hi madd8001,

Welcome to the Community.

Let me know the operating system installed on the system.

Meanwhile, unplug the adapter and the battery. Press and hold power button for 20 seconds. Perform System Diagnostics. Press and hold “Fn” key while turning on the system. Hold it down until the diagnostic starts. For more information click the link mentioned below:

This is a Windows 7 computer.  If I do this and it doesn't work I will have to reinstall again. Do you think that is ok?

I have tried several times but no matter what I do it wont do anything but go to the error screen.  I could reinstall windows again since that gives me one boot up.

Hi madd8001,

Please let me know if the system diagnostics passed with no error codes.

If the diagnostics pass and system does not boot in safe mode, perform a clean(format the partition you are installing operating system in) operating system installation using the information on the link below:

NOTE: Operating system re-installation will remove the data in the system.

Thanks & Regards
