Error #M1004

hi i have the #M1004 error my inspiron Overheat very fast how i fix it
 
updating my BIOS (A09) to BIOS A10 ??? 
 
and what I need to update the BIOS STEP BY STEP
 
PLEASE

one can flash the bios from windows ,download it from support site and update it and if still doesnt work ,have Motherboard and heatsync and fan replaced
