exchange offer from Dell for laptops

No. In general you're better off selling them privately - you will get only salvage value if you were to "trade" them in.

Hi Chris,
I've Dell Vostro 1015 model with me from year-2010. Now I want to buy a new upgraded model with an exchange of existing one. Is there any schemes/option?
