External SATA ExpressCard Adapter

i'm looking into buying this since i have 2x250gb western digital wd2500ks hard drives that i cannot sell which i might as well use
does Dell E1505 have ExpressCard 54? i can't find the answer at the website and in device manager
also, am i reading that right? i plug it in, plug in my sata drives and woolah
