I have a Dell Ispiron 9300 with a Raedon x300.

 

The highest refresh rate I can get is 60hz. Its registering as a "Default Monitor" which is most likely normal as I imagine Dell just have a proprietary LCD. However, this refresh rate is killing my eyes!

I have 3 other LCD's that I run around 72hz and few eye problems.

 

Perhaps there is a way to register a monitor, or this monitor and achieve a higher rate. Maybe there isn't and Dell should look into this?
