Somehow my F3 key has been disabled. What do need to do to make it work? I have a

Hi JayMinnesota,
Only F3 key isn’t working or all the function keys are not working? Please let us know for which instruction are you using the F3 key?

only F3 is not working I want to use Fn+F3 to disable the touchpad.

Hi JayMinnesota,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS and quickset driver on the system to check if the FN+F3 works. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS and BIOS section and Dell Quickset application from Application section onto the system and install it.

I reached the product support page with the service tag # of my laptop identified. But...where do I proceed now?

Please enter your service tag # on the link below and click on ‘Get drivers and downloads’ then then download the BIOS and BIOS section and Dell Quickset application from Application section onto the system and install it.
