Fan problem Inspiron 15 3521

After reinstalling system (from win8 back to win 7) and updating drivers-fan just stop working in windows.

Pre-boot check starts fan and test  is ok , but back in windows fan stops....

Any ideas?  I think that I have to rollback driver  but don't know how cause device menager do not give me option....
