Welcome to the forums

I'm looking for the fast access facial recognition for dell studio 1737 win7 64 bit

The only security software for Windows 7 is the Authentec AES 2810.

That would appear to be fingerprint software - rather than facial recognition software, but it's the ONLY security software offered for the Studio 1737?

Did you not receive the facial recognition software on a disc you got with the laptop?

Even if it's intended for Vista (64bit), it *might* still work under Windows 7 64bit?

If you didn't, did you receive a disc with the webcam software on it?  That's the only other source I can think of, which would include facial recognition software?

Hi. I think I can offer the definitive answer in this case. If your Studio came with FastAccess originally, then you may call Dell tech support and request that they send you a replacement installation CD or authorize a download (that is assuming that you don't have the backup installation CD already). If your Studio did not come with FastAccess originally, then Dell has decided not to make the OEM version available as an after-market purchase.

Regarding various versions, even if the version that you have or the version that you obtain is out of date, you should still be able to install it and then update to the most recent copy - 2.4.7. If any of you are running Win7, there are some helpful details on the upgrade process on this page.

The following FAQ is should also be very helpful.

If it's the driver,  support.dell.com.

If it's the software application, https://smartsource.dell.com/Web/Welcome.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fweb%2fmain.aspx
