Faulty Apostrophe/Quotation Key
When I type the aprostrophe key the symbol does show until I either hit the space bar of type another letter. Any clues.
No Events found!

connect another keyboard to the laptop to see if its a hardware issue or not

Must be a software issue. try and see if it responds to this keyboard program for mapping a keyboard. it might need to be remapped or something. I just tested this program. Keyboard Test V3.0 www.passmark.com

Thanks for the info. The Laptop is only 2 months old do you think I should contact Dell Support first before running the check, this is my first Dell

Problem solved, there was a conflict in the language setting. Dell on line help solved it, after about 60 mins on line hook up. Thanks for your help
