flash screen when type on keyboard
i used windows 7 and now i found problem when i use keyboard my lap screen turn off and back turn on ! when i use USB keyboard working good ! what's problem and how can solve it ? Dell inspiron 15R N5110

1- if update my bios i will lose my data ?
2- are you mean send service tag for you ?
if problem with bios it's normal usb keyboard work good ?

i update bios but nothing changing ! still when i type anything my screen flashing

now don't flash but go to sleep mode !! :/ now when i need type anything use external keyboard !!
Update :
i go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings and change on power button and lid ant put it do nothing and save now just like flash !
BTW it's don't flash but brightness very low and look like screen off
