Font size after installing NVIDIA

After installing NVIDIA GeForce 4 GO on my laptop the fonts become very small and very difficult to read. Even after increasing the size in the display property to 120 dpi it still very small. ANy idea how to change it so I can read my web pages and the desktop

Here's the FIX for the same problem on my Dell Inspiron 8100: Open Inernet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Accessibility Button at bottom of screen > then uncheck the box that says "Ignore font sizes specified on web pages."  I searched hundreds of Google links and Microsoft Knowledgte base articles before accidentally discovering this on my own!
