Frequent error messages on display driver
Recently bought a new Inspiron 15 5559 but very soon I get the messagevwhen playing games that the display driver has stopped responding and has been restored. It is an Ivtel HD Graphics driver for windows 8. Looks like it must bevre-installed/upgraded. How do I do that (the alternative is to physically change it)

Please use the link I've provided in my first post. It will tell you what version of windows on the system and let you know any drivers to be updated......

I like to suggest you enter your service tag number( or use Auto-Detect Your Product) onto the link below, click " change OS ", and then stroll down to Video.
www.dell.com/.../Products
You can also check/update the Graphics driver in Device Manager. By the way, what is your operating system on your computer ? Windows 10, 8.1 or 7 ?

The service tag no is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>. The problem happens e.g. When playing Agar.io
