Function keys not working after Windows 7 install on Alienware m14x R1

This is really annoying I cant get my function keys to work and therefor cannot eject discs or turn on my wireless adapter (I have tried doing it in Device Manager too).

I fitted a new SSD and installed Windows 7. I have tried reinstalling the all drivers available for the laptop off the dell support page. I have also tried reinstalling command centre and the OSD and (also the windows 8 OSD). Basically I have trawled the forums and tried everything.

This is my last hope that someone here may have a new solution for me to try?
