Garbage Display on n5010 dell

hi my laptops 2 yrs old now and its getting really hot.. sometimes it gets 70c on idle and im lucky just to have this posted as often times i cant really get into my OS as it gets the garbage display and restarts on its own.

would upgrading BIOS help with this issue? or i need to replace something else on the board- any help would be appreciated thanks

You may need to replace the cooling fan and remove dust from inside to allow proper airflow.

Bios update will not help with physical cleaning issue.
