This is not a hybrid system - you either have the option of AMD video OR Intel.  If you have AMD, to use Intel, you'll need to replace the mainboard with a UMA board (Intel-only video).

The answer is - you cannot.  You can continue to use the AMD GPU at VGA-only resolution (as you are now), but you cannot deactivate the AMD GPU to use the Intel GPU.  That would require a newer system in which the setup is a hybrid of the two.  Your older system is not a hybrid -- if there's an AMD GPU on the mainboard, the Intel GPU is deactivated.  You'd need to replace the mainboard with one having Intel-only video (which will also require a replacement heatsink assembly -- as the one for Intel won't fit the AMD and vice-versa).
