Hard Drive Problem
Help! I have a major issue. My computer runs real slow or freezes up. I tried to run the diagnosis from the f12 prompt and I get a hard drive error:
Fail PSA V4213 Error 2000: 01 42. Hard drive 0 - S/N SZTDJCOC124511, self test unsuccessful status = 7
I tried to do a recovery but that get hung up when it starts to write the emergency file by saying:
The instruction at 0x02eac245 referenced memory at 0X667a1000 The memory could not be written
Any help out there please!
